How does TRUXX Driver's App work?
TRUXX Driver's App allows truck drivers to view transportation requests from the customers. They can accept requests based on their availability, location, and preferences. The app facilitates seamless communication and tracking of the transportation process.
As a driver, can I choose the type of transportation requests I want to accept?
Yes, as a truck driver using the app, you have the flexibility to choose the transportation requests that suit your preferences. You can view the details of each request, including the type of goods, pickup location, and delivery location, and the price before accepting or rejecting.
Are there any requirements to become a registered driver on the app?
To become a registered driver on the app, you need a valid driver's license and having a suitable vehicle registered as a transportation vehicle services. TRUXX will provide training in customer service, safety jacket, and any other gear or tools if required and appropriate, and we will conduct a verification process to ensure your vehicle eligibility. This process could be completed in 1 to 3 days.
Is the Driver's App available for both Android and iOS devices?

What happens after I accept transportation request?
TRUXX Driver's App provides real-time GPS track, it will guide you to drive to the pickup location and delivery location. After completing the trip, the trip amount will be added to the Driver Wallet.

Yes, the TRUXX Driver App allows you to communicate with the customers through WhatsApp, or by calling them.
How I get my money from TRUXX Driver App?
The Driver's App facilitates secure the payment processing. Once a transportation trip is completed, the app handles the payment transaction between you and the customer. You will receive your money through your bank account or in some cases, cash payments may be collected every week from Lulu Exchange.
